About PandoraUSA and Charms-USA
Our website began its life as the pioneering PandoraUSA.com website, which was the first PANDORA
website and online PANDORA Jewelry store in the world and has operated successfully
since then. It has more recently changed its name to Charms-USA.com in order to comply
with a request by the manufacturer of PANDORA Jewelry that all approved online
retailers remove the word "pandora" from their URLs. Both websites (operated in
association with a jewelry and gift store known as "Critters" in Lake Placid, NY) are
owned by the same woman -- a business professional and entrepreneur who
absolutely loves the PANDORA charms and jewelry she sells.
She has long been 'hooked' on the endearing charms and charms,
and continues to create unique bracelets and necklaces for herself and for family and friends.
The PandoraUSA and now Charms-USA stores are family-operated and the business is
headquartered in Laurel, in Howard County, MD, close to the US headquarters
of PANDORA Jewelry.
