1. How Do I Determine Which Bracelet Chain Size Is Right For Me?
Click on "Measuring" in the left-hand navigation sidebar on the Home Page, which will take you to a whole page describing how to measure your wrist. Please bear in mind that a chain that seems loose when you only have a few beads on it will tighten up as it fills up with beads.

2. Can I Exchange Pandora Jewelry Purchased From Charms-USA?
If you believe that an exchange is necessary, please contact us immediately.
In the following situations, items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (refunds and credits are not available):
  a. Incorrect bracelet size. HOWEVER: Please determine the correct bracelet size prior to placing an order, by
  first reading the how to measure section on our Web site.
  b. Damaged items. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please notifiy us immediately. All other exchange requests will be evaluated individually. However, please remember that the jewelry items aare hand-made, and each bead is a little different. We will provide instructions for returning a damaged item and receiving a replacement.


3. What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to a number of countries in the Western Hemisphere, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Carribean. We do NOT ship to Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia. Shipping is free on all orders within the US (minimum order $40), but only orders over $100 USD will be accepted for shipping outside the US. Canadian and other international customers should note that shipments are often delayed by weeks by their Customs.

4. Can I get a Catalog of your Products Sent To Me?
The only full catalog is the dynamic one on our website, which contains over 600 different items. However, we do have a small brochure with some of these Pandora jewelry items in it (but no prices), and will be happy to send you one of those if you contact us with your mailing address.

5. How shouldl I Clean My Pandora Jewelry?
Place your Pandora beads and bracelet in warm water with a few drops of liquid detergent for about 10 minutes, and rinse.   Don't use a brush, abrasive, or jewelry cleaner; these can damage the jewelry's finish.

6. Can You Tell me What Stores Near Me Carry Pandora Jewelry?
Store Locations can be found at www.pandora.net. However, please note that many local stores may not have the large selection of Pandora Jewelry that we carry.

7. Why can't I get my new Pandora Jewelry beads onto my bracelet?
Remember that the beads and the dividers on the chain are both threaded, to hold the beads in place on the bracelet. The beads should be twisted or screwed onto the chain and over the dividers.

8. Are the items in your store genuine Pandora Jewelry products?
Most definitely YES. All of our stock comes directly to us from Pandora's US headquarters, close to us here in Howard County, Maryland.
