1. How Do I Find Prices or Access Your Catalog?
You can click on the images which display multiple items on our window-shopping
"View Jewelry" pages. Or you can
click on "SHOP" in the navigation sidebar on the left-hand side of the
Home Page. This takes you into
our Online-Store
where you can access our catalog in either of two ways:
(a) use the Search button at the top of the Store page if
you know the five-digit code of the product you are interested in; that will take you to
all products with that code and give you prices and availability, or
(b) click on one of the Catalog categories listed in the left-hand sidebar; this will take you to
that section of our catalog and also provide prices and availability.
In either case, you can click on the thumbnail photos to get a better picture of the items.
2. Can I Buy From Charms-USA Without Online Use of My Credit Card?
Yes, even though online credit card use at Charms-USA is perfectly safe. Underneath the "SHOP" link
on our Home Page there is a link to an Offline Purchase form which you can
print off your computer, fill out, and mail to us.
3. How Do I Determine Which Bracelet Chain Size Is Right For Me?
Click on "Measuring" in the left-hand navigation sidebar on the Home Page, which will take
you to a whole page describing how to measure
your wrist. Please bear in mind that a chain that seems loose when you only
have a few beads on it will tighten up as it fills up with beads.
4. Can I Exchange Pandora Jewelry Purchased From Charms-USA?
If you believe that an exchange is necessary, please
contact us immediately.
In the following situations, items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (refunds
and credits are not available):
 
a. Incorrect bracelet size. HOWEVER: Please determine the correct bracelet size prior
to placing an order, by
  first reading the how to measure
section on our Web site.
 
b. Damaged items. If an item is damaged when you receive it, please notifiy us immediately.
We will provide
  instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement.
All other exchange requests will be evaluated individually.
5. What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship to a number of countries in the Western Hemisphere, including
the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Carribean. We do NOT ship to
Europe, Asia, Africa, or Australia. Shipping is free
on all orders within the US, but only orders over $100 USD will be accepted for
shipping outside the US.
6. Can I get a Catalog of your Products Sent To Me?
The only full catalog is the dynamic one on our website (see FAQ #1 above),
which contains over 400 different items. However, we do have a small
brochure with some of these Pandora jewelry items in it (but no prices), and will be happy to send
you one of those if you contact us with your mailing address.
7. How shouldl I Clean My Pandora Jewelry?
Place your Pandora beads and bracelet in warm water with a few drops of liquid detergent for about 10 minutes, and rinse.
  Don't use a brush, abrasive, or jewelry cleaner; these can damage
the jewelry's finish.
8. Can You Tell me What Stores Near Me Carry Pandora Jewelry?
Store Locations can be found at www.pandora-jewelry.com. However, please note that many
local stores may not have the large selection of Pandora Jewelry that we carry.
9. Why can't I get my new Pandora Jewelry beads onto my bracelet?
Remember that the beads and the dividers on the chain are both threaded,
to hold the beads in place on the bracelet. The beads should be twisted or screwed onto the chain and over the dividers.
